By filling out the appointment booking form, you voluntarily provide personal data (name, phone number, email, information about the desired appointment, etc.), which is used solely to process and confirm your reservation, as well as to send a reminder about the upcoming appointment.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian and European data protection legislation, including:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) – General Data Protection Regulation;

• Personal Data Protection Act (SG, issue 1 of 2002, last amended and supplemented).

The collected data will not be provided to third parties, except to:

• Dental Clinic "Alenas Dent" – for processing and managing scheduled appointments;

• Koalendar – the platform through which the reservation is made;

• Wix.com – the hosting provider and creator of the site through which the form is available;

• Google Calendar, Google Apps Script and SMSAPI – used to automatically send SMS reminders for the scheduled appointment.

All partners comply with the requirements of GDPR and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

📩 Marketing messages

By checking the box "I wish to receive marketing messages", you consent to receive emails or SMS with information, promotions and news only from Alenas Dent Dental Clinic.

Your data will not be provided to third parties, except to the platforms used to send these messages (Wix.com). You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing messages at any time.

You have the right at any time to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, as well as to withdraw your consent to its processing.
